Request for Purchase Cancellation and Refund

Dear NextUI Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my purchase of NextUI PRO. I have encountered several bugs and usability issues that have been quite frustrating and time-consuming.

Additionally, I have reached out for support on two separate occasions but have not received any responses. This lack of assistance has only added to my frustrations.

As a result, I have decided to discontinue my use of NextUI and would like to formally request the cancellation of my purchase and a full refund.
